MemoHoney Batch Verify: Check Your Bottle Before the First Capsule

Written by the MemoHoney editorial team · Last updated · 7 min read · Medical review below

Quick answerCheck three things before your first MemoHoney capsule. The Supplement Facts should show seven lines with no honey. The label should name Instituto Experience, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404. The safety seal should be whole. Lot MEM-26/ME-7167 and CoA MEM-7167-26-ME are reference numbers only: no certificate has been published, so call the order desk to match a bottle to your order.

What do the lot and certificate numbers mean?

They are reference numbers from the brand pack, nothing more. The lot is MEM-26/ME-7167 and the certificate reference is MEM-7167-26-ME. No certificate of analysis has been published for either one, and we have not seen a test report.

So a matching number on your bottle would not prove the contents were tested. A different number would not prove a problem either, since several lots may be on sale at once. Treat both numbers as a way to ask a better question, not as an answer.

References as given in the brand pack, checked October 13, 2026. We have not verified any lot by testing.

Does your label show the same seven lines?

It should. The MemoHoney Supplement Facts panel lists seven lines, each with its own amount. There is no blend that hides amounts. Lay your bottle next to the panel below and read across, line by line.

Other ingredients: Hypromellose (Vegetable Capsule), Vegetable Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.

Retyped from the label image so it can be read and searched. The bottle in your hand is the final word.

Seven lines plus the other ingredients

  • One capsule per serving and 30 servings in the bottle
  • Niacin 7.5 mg NE and calcium 18 mg as calcium carbonate
  • L-arginine base 200 mg and L-arginine AKG 2:1 extract 200 mg
  • L-citrulline HCl 100 mg and L-citrulline malate 100 mg
  • Beta alanine 40 mg
  • The non-nutrient list: a hypromellose shell, vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide
  • No honey anywhere on the panel or in the other ingredients

The name and the honeycomb design suggest honey, yet honey is not one of the lines. That is expected, and our page on whether there is honey in it explains why. For a closer look at each line, see the Supplement Facts guide.

Distributor

Does the label name the right distributor?

The label names Instituto Experience, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404 as the distributor. It also prints a phone number, +1 (507) 448-8190, and the email [email protected]. The factory itself is not named anywhere we could find.

The label adds one more line: “Manufactured in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.” If your bottle shows a different company, a different address or no distributor at all, it does not match the label we have. Our testing and quality page covers what the distributor line can and cannot tell you.

Seal check

How do you check the seal and the capsules?

Do it before the first capsule, in good light. It takes about two minutes. On one point the label leaves no room: a seal that is torn or gone means the bottle should not be used.

Order match

How do you match a bottle to your order?

Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 with two things in hand: your order ID and the lot code on the bottle. Ask them to confirm that the lot shipped with your order. Hours are not published, so try again if no one answers.

  1. Gather the details

Have the order email, the bottle and a pen. Read the lot code aloud slowly so it is written down right.

  2. Ask a clear question

“Can you confirm that this lot code was shipped on my order?” Note the answer and the name of the agent.

  3. Ask about a certificate

If you want a test report, ask whether one exists for your lot. Mention the reference MEM-7167-26-ME.

  4. Follow up in writing

Send the same question to [email protected] so there is a written record.

Who can check

Our inbox, [email protected], cannot see orders or lots. Only the order desk and the seller can match a bottle to a purchase.

If it differs

What should you do if something does not match?

Do not take the capsules. Set the bottle aside, out of reach of children, and keep everything. Then contact the order desk the same day.

Keep the bottle and photos until the order desk replies.

A return inside the 60-day window follows the refund steps. Mention the problem you found when you call, so it is logged with your order.

Honest note

Why can't we confirm a batch for you?

We do not test bottles, and we cannot see orders. No certificate of analysis has been published for any lot we know of. So we can tell you what the label should say, but not what a lab found inside.

A clean label and an intact seal are still worth checking. They catch damaged, opened or mislabeled bottles. They do not tell you whether MemoHoney will help you, and nobody has published a trial of this capsule.

Storage

How should you store a bottle that passes?

The label asks for a spot that stays cool and dry, out of the heat and the light. A bathroom cabinet can get steamy, so a kitchen shelf away from the stove often works better. Keep the cap tight and the bottle out of reach of children.

Write the lot code and the date you opened it on a sticky note. If you ever have a question later, those two details make the call quicker. Directions for daily use are on the how to use page.

FAQ

MemoHoney batch and label check FAQ

How do I verify a MemoHoney batch?

Compare the label with the seven lines on this page, check the seal, then call the order desk with your order ID and the lot code printed on your bottle.

What does the lot code MEM-26/ME-7167 tell me about MemoHoney?

It is a lot reference in the brand pack. No test report for it has been published, so it cannot prove anything about a bottle on its own.

Has a lab report for MemoHoney been made public?

Not a published one. The brand pack gives a reference, MEM-7167-26-ME, but no document. Ask the seller in writing if you want a copy.

Which part of the MemoHoney bottle shows the lot code?

The label image we have does not show where it is printed. Check the bottom of the bottle and the edge of the label.

What should the MemoHoney label say?

Seven Supplement Facts lines: niacin, calcium, two arginine forms, two citrulline forms and beta alanine. Beyond those, the capsule shell (hypromellose), vegetable stearate and silicon dioxide fill out the list.

Should my MemoHoney bottle list honey?

No. The label lists no honey. A bottle that lists honey does not match the label we have, so call the order desk before taking it.

What if the MemoHoney seal is broken?

Do not take the capsules. A torn or absent seal is a stop sign under the label's own caution. Photograph it and call the order desk.

Which company is behind the MemoHoney capsules?

The factory is not named. The label lists the distributor, Instituto Experience, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, and says it is made in the USA with globally sourced ingredients.

Can this website check my MemoHoney order?

No. We cannot see orders. The order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 can match a bottle to your purchase.

Ready to order MemoHoney and check it on arrival?

Each bottle holds 30 capsules. Check the seal and the seven label lines before the first one, and ask your doctor first if you take blood pressure or heart medicine.
