Effective October 13, 2026.
- 60-day satisfaction window
- Free US shipping on 3 and 6 bottles

Who is behind this site, and what does the policy cover?
A static label guide that asks you for nothing.
This policy covers memohoneysite.com, run by Memohoneysite, a U.S. MemoHoney retailer and label guide. We are not the maker of MemoHoney. The label names Instituto Experience, PO Box 12730, Ogden, UT 84404, as the distributor.
The site is a set of static pages. There is no login, no comment box and no newsletter sign-up. You can read every page here without telling us who you are.
We wrote this policy in plain English so it is easy to check. If any line is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
- 0accounts or sign-up forms
- 0card numbers we ever see
- 0cookies set by our page code
- 1inbox for privacy requests

What happens when you email us?
If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if you include it, and your message. We use them only to reply, to fix a page you flagged, or to keep a short record of a correction.
We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not send marketing email. Once a question is settled, we delete the thread within a year, or sooner if you ask.
Someone checks that inbox Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:00pm ET. It cannot see orders. For anything about an order, the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 is the right place.
What does the web server record?
Like nearly every website, the server that delivers our pages may log basic details of each visit. That can include your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the time.
These logs help keep the site working and protect it from abuse. We do not use them to build profiles of readers, and we do not combine them with anything else about you.
The fonts and images load from our own server. As of this update, no ad networks, social media widgets or third-party trackers run on our pages.
Are order button clicks counted?
Each order button carries a small label naming the page and the button's place on it. If we turn on a visit-counting tool, that label would let us count which buttons people use. No such tool is named here yet.
Before we add any counting or analytics tool, we will update this page with its name, what it collects and how to opt out. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we will respect it for any such tool.
What this site never collects
Card details
Payment happens on the checkout platform. Card numbers never touch this site.
Health records
We ask for no health information. Please share it with your doctor, not with us.
Accounts and passwords
There is nothing to sign up for, so there is no password to store or lose.
Mailing lists
We send no newsletters or promotions, and we never buy email lists.
Ad tracking
Our pages carry no ad pixels or retargeting tags as of this update.
Order details
Orders, tracking and refunds sit with the checkout platform and its order desk.
Who handles your order and payment?
Every order button leads to the brand's sales page, and from there to the checkout platform. That platform takes your name, shipping address, email and payment. Its own privacy policy and terms apply, so read them on the checkout page before you pay.
Purchases made through our buttons may pay us a share. To make that possible, the checkout platform may record that a sale started on this site. Your card details stay with the platform. We add nothing to your price.
For refunds and order questions, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID. The refund policy page lists every step.
How do you spot a message that is not from us?
Messages that ask for your card are not from us
We never ask for card numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers or one-time codes by email, text or phone. Ads and emails that use the MemoHoney name are not necessarily ours. MalwareTips reported that ads for a different product, Neuro Recall, redirected to a MemoHoney sales page. Our buyer check walks through testing a web address before any payment.
How do you see, fix or delete your information?
Some states give residents the right to see, correct or delete personal information, and to opt out of its sale. We offer the same choices to every reader, wherever you live. We do not treat you differently for asking.
Write to the privacy inbox
Send your request to [email protected], using the same email account that wrote to us before. Tell us whether you want a copy, a fix or deletion.
We confirm it is you
We reply to that same address, so only the owner of the inbox can make the request.
We act on it
We send the copy, fix the record or delete it, within the time the law in your state allows.
We tell you when it is done
You get a short note once the request is complete, with anything we could not do and why.
