MemoHoney Complaints: What Reviewers Describe and How to Protect Yourself
Quick answerMemoHoney complaints on a Trustpilot page for memohoneyofficial.com fall into four groups: no honey in the ingredients, restocking fees, trouble with returns and trouble cancelling. We found no tie between that domain and mymemohoney.com, the sales page we checked. That page describes a one-time order and a 60-day window that asks for 30 days of use. Read the label first and keep your order ID.
- 60-day satisfaction window
- Free US shipping on 3 and 6 bottles

What are the MemoHoney complaints about?
Search for MemoHoney complaints and you will find a Trustpilot page with a small set of reviews. Most of them are 1-star. They were posted in September and October 2026 (Trustpilot, memohoneyofficial.com).
This post sorts those complaints into four groups. For each one, we show what reviewers describe, what the sales page says, and what you can do. We do not judge whether any single review is true. We report them as written.
A word about us. This site is run by Memohoneysite, a U.S. MemoHoney retailer and label guide, and we may earn money when you buy. That is exactly why we think you should see the complaints before you order, not after.

Reading complaints calmly
Complaints are useful. They show where buyers got surprised, and a surprise is usually a gap between what someone expected and what the terms said.
Most of the problems below can be avoided with a few minutes of reading before you pay. The rest can be handled with good records.
Which website do the complaints refer to?
One detail matters before the complaints themselves. The Trustpilot reviews are of a website called memohoneyofficial.com. The sales page we checked is mymemohoney.com.
We could not find anything that links those two domains to the same seller. They may be connected, or they may not be. So when a reviewer describes a fee or a return problem, we cannot say it happened through the page we checked.
That is not a reason to ignore the reviews. It is a reason to confirm the terms of your own order with the company that charged you.
The four complaints at a glance
| Complaint | What reviewers describe | What the sales page we read says | What you can do |
|---|---|---|---|
| No honey | Finding no honey in the ingredients after the order arrived | No honey is listed; the formula is amino acids, niacin and calcium | Read the label before you buy |
| Restocking fees | Being charged a fee on returned bottles | No restocking fee is mentioned in the terms we read | Ask the order desk about fees first |
| Returns | Trouble getting a return accepted or refunded | 60 days from purchase; buyer pays tracked return shipping | Call first, ship tracked, keep proof |
| Cancellations | Trouble cancelling an order | One-time order, “no automatic renewals” | Call early and get email confirmation |
Complaint 1: there is no honey in MemoHoney
Some reviewers say they expected honey and found none in the ingredients. Their reading of the label is correct. The MemoHoney label lists no honey, and neither does the sales page.
The capsule lists L-arginine and L-citrulline in two forms each, plus beta-alanine, niacin and calcium. The name and the honeycomb logo are branding. We do not know why the brand chose them.
This one is the easiest to prevent. Read the panel first. Our page on whether MemoHoney contains honey lays the name and the label side by side, and the Supplement Facts page shows every printed line.
Complaint 2: restocking fees on returns
Reviewers on the Trustpilot page describe being charged restocking fees when they sent bottles back. A restocking fee is an amount kept from your refund to cover handling the return.
The sales page terms we read do not mention a restocking fee. They do say the buyer pays return shipping. That is a cost you should expect, and it is separate from any fee.
Because the two sources do not match, ask before you ship. Call the order desk and ask, word for word, whether any fee will be taken from your refund. Write down the answer, the date and the name of the person you spoke with.
One question to ask before you return anything
Ask: “If I return my bottles, will any restocking fee or other charge be taken from my refund?” Then ask them to confirm the answer by email.
Complaint 3: trouble with returns
Reviewers also describe trouble with returns. The sales page lays out a set process. Following it exactly puts you on the strongest footing for a smooth refund.
- Call first
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and say you want a refund. Ask for any return number they use.
- Pack it
Add a slip naming you, your email and the order ID next to the bottles.
- Ship tracked
Mail it to 500 Park Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10022. Postage is on you; pick a service with tracking.
- Wait for credit
The sales page says the refund goes out 3-5 business days after the return is credited.
- Watch your card
Allow another 5-10 days for the refund to show on your card statement.
Keep the tracking number until the money shows up. If a return is lost, the tracking record is your proof. Our refund policy page repeats these steps with the full address.
Complaint 4: trouble cancelling an order
The fourth group of complaints is about cancelling. Reviewers describe trouble stopping an order after placing it.
According to the sales page FAQ, an order is billed once, with “no automatic renewals.” That means you should not be charged again unless you order again. Even so, check your card statement for the next two or three months. A quick look costs nothing.
If you want to cancel, act fast. Call the order desk the same day, with your order ID. Once a parcel ships, a cancellation usually turns into a return, and returns take longer.
What does the sales page promise?
Here is what the sales page at mymemohoney.com said when we read it on October 13, 2026. Three terms matter most for complaints.
First, it is a one-time order. Second, there is a 60-day satisfaction guarantee counted from the date of purchase. Third, refunds come “after at least 30 days of use.” The same page's FAQ calls the guarantee “unconditional,” which does not sit easily with the 30-day rule.
We cannot tell you which wording the company will apply. Ask the order desk, and get the answer by email. The dial below shows how the window and the 30-day mark fit together.
- Day 1Order date. Keep the order email.
- Day 30The sales page asks for at least 30 days of use.
- Day 45Decide if it is worth keeping.
- Day 60Last day to call the order desk.
Shipping is part of the picture too. Free US delivery applies to the 3- and 6-bottle orders. The 2-bottle pack, at $79 a bottle, adds shipping at checkout, and the amount is not shown on the sales page. Our guarantee page and pricing page cover both in more detail.
How can you protect yourself before and after you order?
Most complaints come down to a missing record or a term nobody read. These habits close both gaps. None of them takes more than a few minutes.
Seven habits that prevent most problems
- Read the Supplement Facts panel before you pay, so the contents hold no surprise.
- Note the domain in your address bar at checkout and save a screenshot of the total.
- Save the order email and write the order ID on a sticky note.
- Put day 30 and day 55 on your calendar, so you decide inside the 60-day window.
- Before any return, ask about fees and get the answer by email.
- Ship returns by a tracked service and keep the receipt.
- Check your card statement for two or three months after the order.
If you reached a MemoHoney order page through an ad for something else, read our post on the Neuro Recall ads and the checkout. It shows how to check where an order button leads. The buyer check gathers every pre-order step in one place.
What if the order desk does not fix it?
Sometimes a call does not fix things. If that happens, stay polite and keep a paper trail. Calm, written records usually go further than angry calls.
Write it down
List each call with the date, time, who you spoke with and what they said.
Follow up in writing
Email [email protected] with your order ID and a short, factual summary of the problem.
Call your card issuer
If a charge is not fixed, explain what happened and share your records. Ask what options they have.
Report it
You can file a report with the FTC at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and with your state attorney general.
This website's own inbox, [email protected], handles page questions and corrections. It cannot see or change orders, so order problems go to the order desk.
MemoHoney complaints: questions people ask
Why are people complaining about MemoHoney?
Reviewers on one Trustpilot page describe finding no honey in the ingredients, being charged restocking fees, and having trouble with returns and cancellations. Those are their reports, not our findings.
Is the MemoHoney Trustpilot page about the same seller?
We cannot say. The reviews are of memohoneyofficial.com, and nothing we found ties that domain to mymemohoney.com, the sales page we checked.
Will I lose a restocking fee on a MemoHoney return?
The sales page terms we read do not mention a restocking fee. Reviewers on the Trustpilot page describe being charged one, so ask the order desk directly before you mail anything back.
Is MemoHoney a subscription or autoship?
Per the sales page FAQ, you are billed once and nothing renews. Still check your card statement for a few months after you buy.
What is the fastest way to cancel a MemoHoney order?
Call the order desk at +1 (302) 200-3480 as soon as you can, with your order ID. Ask for a written confirmation by email and note the date and time of the call.
How do I return MemoHoney for a refund?
Call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID first, then mail the bottles by a tracked service to 500 Park Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10022. Tuck a note with your name, email and order ID in with them.
Is a month of use required before a MemoHoney refund?
One sales page line says so, but the FAQ on the same page calls the guarantee unconditional. Only the order desk can say which wording it enforces.
When does refund money from MemoHoney show up?
Per the sales page, expect the refund within 3-5 business days of the return being logged, and your statement may need 5-10 more days. Keep your tracking number until the money arrives.
What if the seller does not answer my refund request?
Write down every call and keep every email. If a charge is not fixed, call your card issuer and explain what happened, with your proof ready.
